Dave Patrick has recently joined the sales team at Hugh Merkle RE and is focused on serving clients on the South Jersey shore.

There are two key themes that have defined and connected Dave’s diverse phases of life: hustle and determination. They powered his highly decorated, world record-breaking track career at Villanova University while gracing the cover of Sports Illustrated. They fueled his leadership of high-performing sales teams for Fortune 500 companies. And now, they shine as he helps his clients realize their dreams in the South Jersey Shore’s real estate market.

Dave graduated from Villanova University with a degree in marketing and spent more than 35 years in sales before shifting his sights to real estate. During this time, he perfected his ability to build relationships with clients, understand their needs, and deliver on them. He is a skilled negotiator who is driven to delight his customers – whether they are buying, selling, or investing.

 Dave has spent more than 25 years enjoying all that the Jersey Shore has to offer. He and his wife Michele, reside in Stone Harbor. In his spare time, he likes to walk/run on the beach as well as playing golf with friends and clients.
