The master enjoys a large walk-in closet, double vanity bath, and a TV. Downstairs, on the first floor, you are welcomed by the inviting two-story entry foyer. The first floor also features an expansive family room opening up to a large covered patio that steps down to the pool area. An ideal location to grill burgers and watch the kids swim in the pool after a long day at the beach! This living space features a wet bar with a full refrigerator/freezer for additional food/beverage storage, a queen sleeper sofa, and table for puzzle building! Three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a laundry room can also be found on the 1st floor. Two of the 3 bedrooms (1 queen bed and the other has 2 twin beds) have a bath connected to each for enhanced privacy. The third bedroom, the bunk room, includes two sets of bunk beds (4 single beds) and shares the hall bathroom with the twin bedroom. In addition to serving the queen bedroom, the second bathroom has direct access to the pool and family room. Tenants also enjoy a large and well appointed outdoor shower at the laundry room entrance making clean-up easy after a day at the beach. In addition to large closets and plenty of off-street parking, tenants have access to a large storage area in the modified garage for bikes and beach equipment. Owner provides high speed internet access, 4K televisions with access to Netflix, Amazon Fire, expanded digital cable with premium channels, and numerous apps for your TV. 2019 Rental Rates from $2,500.00 to $11,750.00…..$50.00 for damage insurance or $1,500.00 traditional security deposit…..Minimum Stay is 7 nights…..Saturday to Saturday – Check in at 1:00 PM and Check Out at 10:00 AM…..Rental Guests are responsible for their own linens.
