The front deck includes a dining table and 6 chairs as well as a welcoming conversation area perfect for sunset drinks. The gleaming white chef’s kitchen is the perfect place to prepare a meal for your family and friends. Brimming with modern features including stunning white quartzite countertops, oversized ub-zero refrigerator with ice maker, 6 burner wolf range, Bosch dishwasher, beverage fridge and large island with seating for 4. The cabinets are stocked with ample cooking and baking supplies and utensils to feel just like home. Enjoy hands-free cooking help and music with the Amazon Echo conveniently located on the counter. Right off the kitchen you’ll also find the powder room. Rounding out the main floor is the junior Master “palm beach” suite with queen bed, and beautifully tiled ensuite bath with shower/tub combo. Enjoy a book outside on the furnished balcony overlooking the pool. When it’s time to retire, head upstairs to the third floor for an additional welcoming 3 bedrooms which let your extended family enjoy the beach within their own space (including 1 triple twin bunk bed "Surf and Boating Room" and 1 Queen Bed "Coastal Serenity" room). The generously sized “Sea Glass” master suite completes the top floor.
