Behind the kitchen you’ll find the laundry room with washer and dryer included. French doors from the kitchen bring you to the open back yard space offering a breath-taking deck with seating and doc directly over the bay where you can stroll and soak in the breathtaking views and evening breezes after long days of enjoying the beach and downtown. Spacious grass areas available for enjoying the yard as well in the back and around both sides of house. Second floor offers 5 more bedrooms each with its own full bathroom attached. Starting with a bedroom immediately to your right offering a queen bed and full vanity, then another room around the corner offering a flat screen tv, full vanity, queen sized bed and entrance to a small balcony area overlooking the sunset and bay views.
