First floor hall off the kitchen includes your first-floor full bathroom with tub shower and two first floor bedrooms. One room offers a queen bed and TV and the other offers two single beds. Make your way up to the second floor which offers another full bathroom with tub shower, two more bedrooms and an additional entertainment area. The first room will include two single beds and the second room will include a queen bed and TV. Second floor entertainment and relaxation area offering another small kitchen area as well as TV and more seating for lounging and winding down after long days at the beach and out on the town. Second floor also offers a second enclosed balcony offering seating for overlooking the Streets of town and watching the sun set over the bay. And before you think you’ve seen it all, make your way up to the third floor roof top area where you will experience the stunning views and unmatched Stone Harbor breezes for a breath of fresh air when you need a moment to yourself! Private fenced in backyard space offered as well including a patio with outdoor seating. Enclosed outdoor showered offered and BBQ grill. Driveway includes parking for two.
